LAW 732: Advanced Evidence and Advocacy - spring
Prerequisite: LAW 576
A simulation course teaching evidence at an advanced level. The course emphasizes performance and feedback to integrate evidence theory with the professional skills students need to advocate for their future clients. Students will provides improve trial and advocacy skills, recognize and address ethical issues, and consider broad societal questions. Exercises may address civil and criminal evidentiary issues.
