LAW 672: Residential Landlord - Tenant - spring
Prerequisite: LAW 530, 531, 545, & 546
A simulation-based study of residential landlord-tenant law. Students will explore strategic approaches to terminating tenancies, eviction bench trials, injunctions to void tenancies, and temporary restraining orders against landlords, and will develop practical skills involving client counseling, ethical issues, research and investigations, hearings and evictions trials, and alternative dispute resolution.
