Mental Health Day

Empowering minds, embracing wellness

Mental Health Day 2024 is Wednesday, October 30. This year's theme is "Empowering minds, embracing wellness." Mental Health Day presents an opportunity for Corsairs to take a break, have some fun, and make time for your mental wellbeing.

There are no classes on Mental Health Day. Instead, you are invited to participate in a wide variety of fun and relaxing activities, including meditation, aromatherapy, trail walks, and watercolor painting. There will also be Corsair favorites like Barn Babies, a Rage Room, and more! Finish the day with a Halloween movie night or the Haunted Walkthrough with University Police!
