Please find the list of the exciting events being sponsored by the Center for Portugues Studies and Culture.
The first event is a webinar co-sponsored by the Portuguese Department which will be held during one of their graduate classes. Join in by following the link!
The second is a piano recital by the celebrated pianist, Inês Andrade. It will be held on campus and is co-sponsored by the Ferreira-Mendes Portuguese-American Archives. Andrade will introduce our Music students to a variety of Portuguese composers. This event is free and open to the public. An informational flier will follow soon!
Finally, the Center will be hosting a 2-day conference in early December to commemorate the Saramago centennial. We will be posting a detailed program within the next week. We hope to see you there!
