Travel Registry

The University of Massachusetts requires that all staff, faculty and students traveling on behalf of the university for out-of-state, overnight, domestic and international travel be registered in the University Travel Registry. (Healix Sentinel)

Procedure for Travel Registration - Faculty, Staff, Student Employees.

1. Enter a Travel Request in Concur.  Your supervisor, campus sponsor(students) and the Dean/VC will be notified via email and must approve all overnight, out-of-state domestic and international university-related business travel. 

 2. Book travel in Concur.  Travel registration is done automatically in Healix Sentinel (Faculty and Staff, Student Employees) the University's Travel Registration System if the travel is booked in Concur. 

3. Travel booked outside of Concur requires registration via email- Forward the itineraries using your UMass Dartmouth email address to UMass.Trips@healix.com    Instructions for Travel Registration in Healix Sentinel may be found: Travel Registration | UMass Office of the President (umassp.edu)

  • Staff, Faculty and Student Employee Travel reimbursement requests (Expense reports) for overnight, out of state domestic or international travel missing an approved Concur Travel Request and Healix Sentinel travel registration may not be processed by the travel and expenses team.

  • Non-Employee Students traveling domestically or internationally on behalf of the University are not reimbursed via Concur. Travel Requests and appropriate forms must be entered by a campus sponsor and approved prior to the trip.   Contact controller.request@umassd.edu for instructions on how request reimbursements.
  • Non-Employee Students may register their travel in Healix Sentinel.  Forward the itineraries using your UMass Dartmouth email address to UMass.Trips@healix.com.  Instructions for email Travel Registration may be found:
