Parking Fee Refunds

Parking permits are available for purchase January 9, 2025.

Make sure to purchase your permit prior to the start of the Spring semester.  Visit the portal to purchase your Spring parking permit.

A full refund will occur up to the end of the official drop/add period established by Enrollment Services.

Refund policy

Refunds are issued as follows:

Refund requested during Refund amount
1st week of classes 100%
2nd week of classes 75%
3rd week of classes 50%
4th week of classes 25%

There will be no refund after the 4th week of classes. Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time.

Refunds will only take place once the accounts are deemed eligible for refund and if applicable, your Bursar/Parking account has a zero balance. At that point we will look to see if you have been officially marked as withdrawn, graduated or transferred from the Registrar’s Office.

Purchase permits and pay citations

The parking portal is where you can purchase permits and view any outstanding balances on parking citations.
