Undergraduate Research Accomplishments Accomplishments: Computer Science Major Conducts Research at New Bedford Research & Robotics

Jasmin Singh is currently engaged in the pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, with a specialized focus on Artificial Intelligence. From an early age, Jasmin harbored a plethora of aspirations, encompassing fields such as art, literature, medicine, law, and politics. However, the path was not crystallized until an encounter with a Computer Science course in high school, which showed the boundless possibilities of computer programming and its capacity to be an instrumental force in achieving many objectives. Jasmin's passion for Computer Science is interwoven with a deep-rooted passion for art, and there is a continual endeavor to amalgamate technology and humanism in the creation of pioneering solutions that augment the human experience. Jasmin's unique convergence of interests in the nexus of art and computational sciences garnered recognition, culminating in her being granted a 2023 OUR Summer Award. This award facilitates her pursuit of research at the prestigious New Bedford Research & Robotics, which will further amplify her scholarly explorations.
