The course will familiarize students with recent developments in the global marketplace, acquaint them with how marketing is conducted in a dynamic global economy, and examine the differing cultural, economic, financial, legal, political and social environments. Topics addressed include how firms can understand global consumer trends and adapt their products and services to meet those trends, how to address the needs of diverse stakeholders using sustainable business practices, understand the risks and opportunities present in today's complex global market.
