Share Your Research
Ever wonder what faculty do across campus? Intrigued by what your colleagues may do but worried to join a departmental seminar given the level of detail? The OFD sponsored Scholarship on Tap events highlight faculty scholarship and research from across our campus at a level for all to understand.
Come and listen to two or three of your colleagues from across campus give a very brief (~ten minute) overview of their scholarship and do so without tech (no PowerPoints!). Stay for the social hour afterwards. Ask questions to the speakers, discuss their work, or simply enjoy a conversation with colleagues.
The OFD provides good food (pretzels! flatbreads! chicken wings!). Drinks are available for purchase at the bar.
Please RSVP to Ellen Mandly at emandly@umassd.edu to ensure an accurate headcount.

* Please note: These are faculty-only events.
