UMassD Rankings Rankings: UMass Dartmouth graduate programs continue ascent in rankings and size

U.S. News & World Report rankings reflect the university's growing momentum

UMass Dartmouth's graduate programs took another step forward this morning as the U.S. News & World Report ranked UMassD programs in 15 different categories, highlighted by the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree's 44-spot rise.

Ranked 76^th in the U.S., the College of Nursing & Health Sciences' DNP program is the second highest-rated program in Massachusetts and second among public universities in New England. The program's upward vault in the rankings mirrors the undergraduate nursing major's 41-spot rise this past fall.

U.S. News also ranked UMass Dartmouth 148^th in Best Education Schools and 161^st in Best Law Schools, both improvements over last year's rankings. UMass Law also scored highly in several other categories. View the rest of UMassD's 2024 graduate rankings.

As of the fall 2023 semester, the university's graduate enrollment increased by 226 students, or nearly 12% year-over-year. More than 94% of the graduate class of 2022 secured jobs within six months of graduating.
