U.S. News & World Report ranking marks a 60-spot rise since 2020
The U.S. News & World Report announced their 2024 College Rankings today, which designated the Charlton College of Business as having the 135th "Best Undergraduate Business Programs" out of 523 qualifying U.S. institutions.
This ranks Charlton among the top 1/4th of undergraduate business programs in the U.S. and marks a 60-spot rise in rankings since 2020. Among public business schools, this ranks Charlton fifth in New England and second in Massachusetts.
"The Charlton College of Business is extremely gratified by the validation from the U.S. News & World Report that our students receive an exceptional educational experience," said John Williams, dean of the Charlton College of Business. "These rankings acknowledge the dynamic and extensive strategies undertaken by our college to ensure top-caliber graduates."
According to U.S. News, the "Best Undergraduate Business Programs" rankings are based on peer assessment surveys among universities with business programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Globally, less than 6% of universities with business degree programs earn AACSB accreditation.
CCB's online undergraduate programs also rank highly, named the 12th best out of 214 U.S. institutions. The business school's online graduate programs rank in the top 28% for both MBA (#102/336) and MS in business (#63/224) programs.
