Professor Drew spoke with Human Rights students from Ghana during a weeklong program held at Harvard Law School.

 

Professor Margaret Drew was invited to speak at a human rights workshop for University of Ghana Law School students at Harvard Law School. The weeklong conference focused on human rights activism within the United States. The conference held rich discussions about human rights in the U.S. and beyond with instructors Justin Hansford, Emily Ray, Margaret Drew, Abadir M. Ibrahim and others. The program was organized by HLS Fellow Emily Ray and Professor Abadir M. Ibrahim. The dialogue between those working in the US and Ghana students was robust. Professor Drew participated over two days, and she led workshops on the work of her Human Rights at Home Clinic and Human Rights Advocacy in the US, as well as Women and US Human Rights Violations.
