UMass Law Professor Hillary Farber addressed approximately 50 law students, activists, practitioners, and academics at Yale Law School’s annual Rebellious Lawyering Conference in New Haven, CT, on February 15, 2020. Her talk explored border enforcement at the US-Mexico border. Farber shared her firsthand observations from the detention centers in Arizona to the humanitarian crisis in Nogales, Sonora—one of the largest ports of entry on the southern border.
