Elaine Varelas '79, managing partners at Keystone Partners, will present on June 2 at 11:00 a.m. in our Corsair Chats webinar series. Varelas will discuss Managing Human Capital: What are the options? Ideal for business leaders and employees, the webinar will address human capital management strategies when organizations are in transition and how the options affect employees.
Elaine brings more than 20 years’ experience consulting to organizations focused on resolving complex career management issues, including workforce planning, redeployment, and multi-site restructurings. She has expertise in career consulting, coaching, and leadership development and has worked with executive management teams to improve organizational effectiveness. Elaine’s experience spans a broad range of industries and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, start-up ventures, and not-for-profit organizations. In her role as Managing Partner, Elaine spearheads all sales and marketing activities across Keystone Partners. She currently serves as treasurer of Career Partners International, LLC, after serving as Chairman of the Board.
