Dynamic and extreme obstacle race, made up solely of inflatable obstacles, to benefit Krystle Campbell Scholarship
UMass Dartmouth will once again play host to the Insane Inflatable 5K, a dynamic and extreme obstacle race, made up solely of inflatable obstacles, on Saturday, October 3, 2015. Participants will experience the most fun, wild and insane obstacle run in the world with a course filled with the world's largest and most extreme inflatable obstacles ever produced.
To register, visit www.insaneinflatable5k.com/new-england/.
Fun 107 will have a table in UMass Dartmouth’s Campus Center on September 23 where information will be available about discounted registration for UMass Dartmouth students. A discounted registration will also be available for UMass Dartmouth alumni at www.alumni.umassd.edu/inflatable5k.
The Insane Inflatable 5K organizers are committed to raising funds and awareness for a local nonprofit in each of the towns the Insane Inflatable 5K is hosted. For this event, the Krystle Campbell Scholarship Fund was chosen to be the sole benefactor, helping raise funds through runner donations, a dedicated charity wave and event contributions. The Krystle Campbell Scholarship Fund is an endowed fund dedicated to the memory of Krystle Campbell, a UMass Boston graduate killed in the April 15, 2013, Boston Marathon bombing. The fund was founded in 2013 by University of Massachusetts Trustee Richard P. Campbell, J.D., and Barbara Campbell and provides monetary scholarship support to UMass students.
