This roundtable will be followed by the signing of a partnership between the Natick Soldier Systems Center and UMass Dartmouth's Advanced Technology Manufacturing Center to develop digital high-speed textile printing technology.
"We will utilize the roundtable to discuss ways we can collaborate to enhance the competitiveness of the Massachusetts textile industry and discuss opportunities to support further advances for this industry and others throughout the region,'' said ATMC Director Louis Petrovic. "Through our discussion, we hope to identify immediate opportunities to further support the Massachusetts textile manufacturing industry and related companies, lay the groundwork for continued public-private collaborations that will support job creation, and export growth and innovation in the months and years to come."
