25th Anniversary Celebration of the Boivin Center for French Language and Culture
The Boivin Center for French Language and Culture at UMass Dartmouth is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a spectacular concert featuring the talented international cabaret jazz singer, Annie Royer with Les Garçons Musette.The concert will be held at the Visual and Performing Arts Auditorium at UMass Dartmouth on Sunday, April 25th at 2 PM. UMass Dartmouth, 285 Old Westport Road, North Dartmouth, MA.
Annie Royer, a native of Paris, has charmed audiences on both sides of the Atlantic with her soulful renditions of cabaret songs à la Edith Piaf. She performs popular French tunes as well as Broadway and jazz favorites. Living presently in Palm Beach, Florida, she entertains at Jazz Clubs, on concert stages, at festivals and at private functions across the country and internationally. Ms. Royer has recently released a new CD entitled Sous le ciel de Paris.
