MLK Day of Service
The annual MLK Day of Service is about coming together to honor Dr. King, Jr.’s life and legacy, and helping further his dream for peace by serving our neighbors and communities. As Dr. King once said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: ‘What are you doing for others?'”
In 2018, the MLK Day of Service was expanded and included art-in events both in New Bedford and Fall River. This year, the Leduc Center and SouthCoast Serves will be holding art-in events in New Bedford at Our Sisters' School and Fall River at Bristol Community College.
