Many programs at the university have a limited number of graduate assistantships available on a competitive basis. Available graduate assistantship awards are subject to the work needs of the position and department, your satisfactory performance of duties, your academic record, and availability of funds, and may be subject to change.
Some programs award assistantships in the second semester or second year of study.
