List of Questions for OER Creator Request for Funding

Aside from personal information and information on courses you intend to use for OER deployment (including expected enrollments), the application includes the following (longer answer) questions:

1. Please describe any experience you might already have with utilizing OER materials in the past.
2. Please describe any experience you might already have with utilizing OER materials in the past.
3. Estimate cost per student of materials to be replaced by developed OER material.  (If replacing multiple items, combine costs)
4. Please list any existing OER materials you might use as a starting point.   (If you are relying on your own notes or materials, list "none.")
5. Please describe goal of final product with some overview of source material.  (Do you intend to develop a digital textbook, workbook, lab manual, etc?  Identify source material for the product and general scope of the product)
6. How do plan to incorporate OER into your course?  Please provide details about how the students will used the developed OER to meet course objectives.
7. Do you have any concerns in replacing materials with developed OER product?
8. Describe any plans you have for assessing the success of OER deployment.
