Come and join the counseling center as you find the best ways for you to relax and restore the peace within your mind. -Sleep Wellness: Come and enjoy a quiet nap, learn about sleep hygiene or what it means to have mindful rest. Make sure to bring your own pillows, blankets, or whatever you need to rest. -A Moment of Mindfulness: Come experience different ways to relax your mind through guided imagery, hand massages and mindful meditation. -Guided Meditation with Nicholas Oldenzki: Explore the practice of meditation to reduce areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.
