CONFIRMED: Fall Into Your Major

Do you want to explore major and minor options at UMass Dartmouth? Are you wondering if you are in the right major? Or are you looking for a minor? If so, I am excited to invite you to the 2024 Fall Into Your Major event on October 22. The event runs from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Marketplace and allows students to explore potential majors and minors. During the event, you can meet with upper-level students, students just like you, to learn firsthand about their experiences in their major, classes, opportunities, and knowledge about their professors. This is a great, casual opportunity to learn from your peers. Professional advising staff will also be available to answer questions you may have. As a reminder, if you are undeclared, university policy is to declare by 45 credits. Use this event to get information about possible academic paths. There will also be pizza and prizes, so I hope you can join us on October 22 at 4 p.m. in the Marketplace.
