Wearable real-time Injury prevention system

Project Description

Design a prototype wearable monitor that collects shoulder movement/shoulder muscle activity data that pertains to resistance training focusing on the shoulder-related muscles.

Project Description

Electronics for Side Scan Sonar

Project Description

Design a Side Scan Sonar prototype system that would be able to transmit signals to a host computer and receive signals from the host computer by using a field programmable gate arrays (FPGA).

Passenger safety alert System

Project Description

Design a Passenger Safety Alert System, with three tiers of alarms (text message, horn, or 911) to ensure that a driver does not leave a dog, infant or child in the car, especially in life-threatening conditions.

Passive Broadband Sonar Demonstration Software

Project Title

Fabreeka Smart Pad

Project Description

Design a resistance meter that can send the measured data in real time to a cloud server to be viewed on aniPhone application. The resistance is being read from a sensor that varies its resistance based on the amount of force being applied to the sensor.

Project Title

Acoustic Awareness Enabler

Project Description

Design and build a device known as the Acoustic Awareness Enabler, that monitors outside noises and alerts the user (i.e. wearing headphones) to the unusually loud sound by turning off headphone audio.
