Cyber Security Education Club (CSEC)
The Cyber Security Education Club (CSEC) is a student-run organization at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Members and leaders of the club are currently pursuing studies in computer engineering or electrical engineering.
The CSEC's main purpose is to provide students who are interested in network and cybersecurity with the practical resources needed to advance their computer security careers. People from local companies and organizations are invited to provide guest lectures on their work in computer security. The club holds monthly meetings to discuss and practice hands-on cybersecurity concepts including network security, secure coding, cryptography, ethical hacking, and reverse engineering.
The CSEC is open to people of all levels. You don't need to be an expert to join. We are all here to learn together.
