File a Title IX Complaint
There are multiple ways for students, faculty, and staff to share concerns regarding inappropriate behavior or actions which may violate the University’s policies and procedures governing Title IX/sexual misconduct. A reporting party may do so by filing a report online, in person, by phone, or anonymously.
Title IX
To report an incident of alleged sexual misconduct or sexual violence (including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, or stalking) in violation of the University’s policies and procedures governing Title IX/sexual misconduct, please see below:
If you witnessed an incident of sexual misconduct, you may file a sexual misconduct incident report
If you are a victim of an incident of sexual misconduct and wish to file a formal complaint, you may file a Title IX report
Please note that even if a party chooses not to file a formal Title IX complaint, they have the right to access supportive services, including medical care, advocacy, and counseling. These same rights to supportive services are also afforded to a party accused of violating the University’s policies and procedures related to Title IX/sexual misconduct.
