A seasoned higher education administrator, Dave Pedro has served the adult learner at UMass Dartmouth since 2004. His leadership and collaboration with others has resulted in expanded online educational opportunities for students, consistent online programs, and enrollment growth.

Responsible for the administration of all departmental functions and duties, including online program admissions, advising, alternative admissions, course scheduling, faculty contracts, fiscal management, marketing, recruitment, reporting, and student support and success.

Previously, David has served as the Director of Corporate Education at Curry College, Milton, Massachusetts (2000-2002), Admissions Director for the Division of Continuing Studies at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, Massachusetts (1996-2000), and Associate Dean of Admissions / Director of Graduate Admissions at Salve Regina University, Newport, Rhode Island (1988-1996).

David received his B.S. in Resource Development from the University of Rhode Island in 1983 and M.S. in Management from Salve Regina University in 2000.
