New Bedford Harbor in a New Light

Over 30 contemporary artists have been invited to create a new work centered around a theme related to the harbor and the fishing industry for this a multi-media, open-response art exhibition. The show will be held at the New Bedford Art Museum, the University Art Gallery and 244 Gallery at the Star Store, and in other venues in and around the Downtown New Bedford. A unique catalog to document the exhibition will be printed and public forums combining the talents of scholars, artists, and members of the fishing industry will be held.
