Thursday, April 22, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm featuring The Collective NB
On Thursday, April 22, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, UMass Dartmouth CVPA will present The Collective NB, who are revamping some of their infamous 1440 Projects for our stage. The 1440 Projects entail The Collective writing, directing, rehearsing and performing all brand-new plays in 1440 minutes (24 hours).
The Collective will be rehearsing the plays for the CVPA Star Series in only two days to keep the spirit of high stakes, super fun theater alive and fresh for the audience. 1440 Projects are pure distilled theatrical process and productions, where the actors will lay it all out and anything can happen. “We are thrilled to be performing live again! It's a rush we have all dearly missed, and an energy we cannot wait to bring to downtown. We promise you will not be disappointed, in fact, we promise you're going to have a fantastic night of entertainment!”, stated The Collective.
The Collective is a nonprofit performing arts organization whose mission is to provide affordable and accessible artistic experiences to our community, and to give local performers a stage to showcase their talent. Learn more at: www.thecollectivenb.org
