About Anthony Sheehan-Alvarado

Anthony Sheehan is a digital modeler and environmental artist from Pembroke Massachusetts. Driven by studying and self improvement, Anthony aims to excel in the 3d digital world of art and create art that moves people. Anthony has been doing digital modeling for 4 plus years. With a heavy emphasis on realism and professionalism. Anthony has always been excited to show work to others, hoping they will share the same experiences as he did when he was younger. Leading him down the path towards more action and fantasy story telling that surrounds his art today.

Statement

My project is based around my childhood and the experiences I enjoyed during that time. Watching shows like Transformers, Star Wars, and other action based shows. I would enjoy the action packed scenes and concepts. Leading me to choose hard surface modeling as a main focus in my field of art. Driven to create cool things like gundams, game ready assets and environments. So others too can experience the same feeling I had as a kid. The project started out as a transformer, transforming from a tank to a robot. But I didn’t just want to spend most of my time creating a short animation. Learning that modeling was my favorite part of making art. I decided to double down and create a newer version of my robot/gundam moving in a short animation. To show how far I have come as an artist.
