About Alexis Goncalo
Alexis is a graphic designer based in Fall River, Massachusetts. She is currently enrolled at The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, studying for her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Her love of art has been apparent since childhood, spending most of her time drawing pictures and making storybooks. Alexis started pursuing graphic design in her freshman year of high school and has only grown her skills since then. Her work includes a variety of logo design, typography, packaging design, photography and drawing. When she’s not designing, you can find Alexis taking photos, playing a new board game with her friends, and taking care of her beloved pets.
Statement
Ever since my friend introduced me to the world of board games, I’ve been hooked. Buying board game after board game, my interest in them has only grown along with my collection. For my capstone, I decided to try my hand at creating my own board game, Splash Attack.
Splash Attack is a 2-4 player turn-based game where players take turns summoning Floaties and taking actions to become the last player standing around the pool.
