About Victoria Johnson

Tori is from Falmouth Massachusetts. Her love for painting and drawing brought her to UMass Dartmouth. Exploring metal arts and fashion design, Tori has forged a unique path for herself as the two focuses go hand in hand in the industry. Tori loves history, which she cultivates through avidly collecting a wide range of junk–especially records and vintage clothes.

Statement 

I perceive the world around me as a series of challenges that need to be solved. I am compelled to make things functional and beautiful. I work in fashion and metal arts because they allow people to visually communicate who they are and what they care about. I like to play with how people are perceived, making clothes that are multifaceted to fit people, not trends. I hope to create objects that empower and strengthen the people who interact with them and wear them.
