About Ashley Clark

Ashley Clark is from New Bedford Massachusetts. A graduate of the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School’s Fashion Design concentration, Ashley has been studying fashion design for 8 years. She is the treasurer of the Fashion and Design club on-campus, working with the group to create fashion focused events for the UMassD community. She enjoys creating clothes that bring out a new confidence in the wearer. Her goal is to work in Boutique Fashion and have her own label in the future.

Statement 

As a designer I focus on making my client feel confident and powerful. The colors I use are based off of the overall aura of my intended client. I always consider modest options in my designs for those that want to feel comfortable in their attire, but still attractive and on trend. Whether I am going for a sophisticated, sexy, or fun look, I always intend for my garments to be classy.
