About Abigail Haley

Abigail is a graphic designer from Westminster, Massachusetts. She is graduating from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a BFA in graphic design. Her passion for art started at a very young age. Growing up you could always find her with a glue gun in hand, creating craft after craft. Abigail was constantly drawing, painting, or crafting. It was not until high school when she took her first graphic design class that she fell in love with design. Creating art digitally was something she had not experimented with yet but she soon found that she began to prefer it. Abigail now specializes in brand identity, typography, UX/UI, and package design. Throughout this time of exploring different mediums Abigail has been very fortunate to have family and friends that not only support, but also share similar interests as her. This has driven her to continue creating and exploring.

Abigail has grown up loving the outdoors and always looked forward to summers at the beach which is why she created a swim and beachwear line for her capstone project titled Halini. She wanted to expand her knowledge in pattern making, branding, crochet and clothing design so she took this opportunity to explore those skills. She created the brand identity, website design, and products for Halini with the goal of creating the perfect swim and beachwear for summertime that women can feel confident in.
