About Brianna Boothe
Brianna Boothe is a Graphic Designer major with a minor in Art History from North Attleboro, Massachusetts. As an art transfer student from Bristol Community College, Brianna has been commuting for the duration of her higher education. This is mainly for her dedication to her current position as an associate graphic designer at Core Concepts Inc., located in Franklin, MA. Brianna works within various areas of design and aspects of production. She gravitates towards structure in design and aspires to be a minimalistic designer. To her a clean workspace eases the mind, as she creates, she wants that to be reflected in her work. Structure is the style that comes most natural to her, as it is vital in her everyday occurrences.
Statement
Ips & Snips is a modern-meets-classic-style diner I conceptualized as an ode to my grandmother and her mother who wished they have had the opportunity to open. “Ips & Snips” is an expression that has been used by my family for years, the name comes from an idiom my great-grandmother created and used when describing “a little bit of this and a little bit of that.” This diner is designed for people to come together and enjoy a home cooked meal on the go, but most importantly my grandmother. Yia-Yia has always supported my art since I started creating in preschool, she still had numerous early works of mine. As a child, she was my biggest influence in the arts, doing all sorts of crafts, knitting, and cooking. Now, I have the privilege of developing her vision after thirty years in the making.
