LAW 737: Wage and Hour Law Survey - fall
A survey of federal and Massachusetts wage and hour laws. The course will review state and federal laws concerning minimum wages and overtime pay; state laws concerning payment of wages and independent contractor classification; federal and state family and medical leave laws; and the interrelationship between state and federal leave laws.
