LAW 736: Intimate Partner Violence - fall

Exploration of intimate partner violence (IPV) from a sociological and legal perspective. Child abuse is explored only in the context of IPV.  The criminal law of domestic violence is not explored other than how that system impacts survivors of gender violence.  Students will submit papers on various IPV topics, which may be used for ULWR.
