LAW 731: State Attorney General Clinic - spring
Pre- requisites: Law 525, Law 576; Good Standing
Clinic where students apply to MA Attorney General's Office to work on-site under direct supervision of an Assistant-Attorney General. Students state a preferred field (tax, consumer protection, litigation, etc.) and matched with available attorneys. Students research legal issues, write memoranda, and conduct legal work appropriate to their placement. Seminar is held in person at the law school. Conflict check required.
