LAW 727: Patent Law - fall
An exploration of U.S. patent law doctrine, policy, and practice. The course will cover topics such as patentability, claim construction, patent infringement theories and remedies, and the patent application process. No scientific background is required. The final paper may be used to satisfy the upper-level writing requirement.
