LAW 620: Trial Practice - spring
Pre-req: LAW 576
Introduction to the practice of bench trials and jury litigation. The course includes such topics as how to introduce evidence, examine witnesses, and frame arguments. All students participate in videotaped exercises and in a mock trial.
