LAW 617: Employment Discrimination - spring
A survey of the law of employment discrimination and wrongful termination of employment. The developing body of federal employment discrimination statutory and case law will be explored, with attention also to Massachusetts law. This course will examine the Massachusetts common law of wrongful termination of employment. The course will provide a good introduction to this area of law for students who anticipate representing plaintiff-employees and/or defendant-employees, as well as advising businesses on employment-related issues.
