Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify the Center at least 24 hours in advance by calling 508.999.8648 or 8650. No-show appointments and late cancellations are significant contributers to longer wait times during the mid-to-late semester, since the vacant appointment spot cannot be given to a new intake on short notice.

On occasion staff members may need to cancel an appointment due to scheduling conflicts or when emergency situations arise that take precedence over non-emergency scheduled visits. If a staff member has to cancel your appointment, the Center's secretarial staff will phone you or email you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.
