• MacLean Campus Center HVAC system retro-commissioning
  • Testing the recently modified HVAC system and making the required adjustments and modifications to the heating and cooling systems to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
• Science & Engineering building main corridor flooring upgrade
  • Resurface the main corridor concrete floors on levels 1 - 3 with a new smooth finish.
• CVPA building roof replacement
  • A continuation of the building restoration project that will include replacing the existing roof system.
• Violette building roof replacement
  • Replace the existing 20 year old roofing system.
• Foster Administration building window systems replacement
  • Replace the existing 50+ year old windows with new triple pane energy efficient window systems.
• Main Campus wayfinding signage upgrade
  • Replace existing wayfinding signage with new throughout the main campus.
• Main Campus walkways accessibility upgrades
  • Modifications will be made to exterior walkways, stairs and ramps throughout main campus to meet ADA standards
