Specific NB100! technical assistance provided: 
The Charlton College of Business provides business assistance to applicants through a cohort style of instruction. We facilitate assistance through a series of workshops in a small group setting.

We start the process with an interview to learn about your business and identify specific needs and concerns. Next applicants will move to a workshop series. The first workshop is focused on understanding financial analysis and forecasting for stability and growth. The second workshop digs deeper into financial analysis by helping applicants review their own financial documents to identify their breakeven point and plan for strategic growth. The third workshop is focused on marketing, legal issues, and other relevant issues.

Each workshop is led by experts in business education and consulting. They will bring their extensive academic expertise and practical experience to help identify and address the unique business needs of each client through a balance between instruction and discussion.
