Advising forms

These forms are also available in the Department Secretary's office.

• Advising Form for Sociology and Anthropology Option (PDF)
• Junior year review/certification (PDF)- this form should be filled out during a student's junior year. It will identify outstanding requirements that still need to be met for graduation.
• Course scheduling planning aid (PDF)- this form will help with planning a student's semester schedule.
• Degree planning aid (PDF) - This form will help a student plan progress to degree over several years.
