2025 Career Fair schedule

2-Day Business, Engineering & Technology Career Fair (Day 1) – Bigger, Better & Bolder!!

This in-person event will be held on Wednesday & Thursday, September 24th & 25th from 1pm-4pm in The Marketplace at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. UMass Dartmouth is seeking employers looking to fill internships and jobs, whether part-time or full-time, in the following industries for our Business, Engineering, and Technology (BET) Career Fair:

Engineering Employers: 20 spots available
Business Employers: 20 spots available
Technology Employers: 20 spots available

Once the specified number of employer registrations is reached, any additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist.

UMass Dartmouth's Part Time Job, Internship, and Volunteer Fair

This event is intended for employers who have specifically part-time job/internship and volunteer opportunities, targeting undergraduate and graduate students. All student majors & programs will be invited to this event, as well as students looking to secure a part-time job on-campus (FWS or NWS) and/or off-campus (CBWS or employer paid).

It is limited to organizations recruiting exclusively for the following types of employment:

Off Campus Part-time jobs & Community Based Work-Study (CBWS), registration for CBWS partners is free!

Registration Rates (After July 1, 2025): Standard Registration: $100
Early Bird Discount (Register before June 30, 2025): Standard Registration: $75

Career fair cancellations & refunds

If you must cancel your registration after payment is made, a full refund will be provided if requested via email by 5:00 PM (EST) 10 business days prior to the event. If cancellations are made after the 10-business day deadline, 50% of the total amount of registration fees paid will be refunded. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

No shows

Registered organizations that no-show for a career fair will not be refunded or credited toward any future Career Fair. Organizations with outstanding fees 30 days post-career fair will not be permitted to attend future career fairs until their account is paid in full.

Inclement weather policy

If UMassD is closed the day of the career fair due to inclement weather, Career Center staff will assess the situation and decide by 8:00 AM on the day of the event. Registrants and representatives will be notified via email and an announcement will be posted on the Career Center website.

If the career fair is cancelled due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule. Those employers able to participate in the new date will have their registrations transferred. Any organizations unable to participate in the new date will receive refunds if Career Center is notified by the deadline communicated with the rescheduled event information.
