Administrative Operations & Compliance

Administrative Operations & Compliance provides oversight of the following areas:

• Campus Store: The source for UMassD gear, textbooks, school supplies, and more.
• Financial Business Systems: Financial business system job aids, videos, and information about obtaining training and access. (Requires UMassD login.)
• Mail & Package Services: Mail and packages services for U.S. and campus mail. 
• Parking: Decals, parking lot information, and parking regulations.
• Print Services: Copying and printing services for the campus community.
• Property Control: Oversight of inventory control for university equipment.
• Receiving & Distribution: Responsible for items shipped from UPS, FedEx, and other parcel service companies as well as their distribution to campus departments.
• Transportation: Corsair Shuttle, ZipCar, public transportation, and more.
• UMass Pass: The one card for students: ID, access, library services, dining, and more.
